    We are going back to curbside only service in light of the new recommendations from the CDC and WHO of the worsening pandemic.

    Please request for an in person appointment if you would like to come in with your pet. We are still offering curbside and drop off appointments as well.

      We will process a $51.50 New Client deposit to secure your pet's in-person appointment. We have a 48-hour cancelation policy. Your deposit will function as a cancelation fee if the cancelation/rescheduling occurs within 48-hours of the appointment time.

      We accept payments by cash, credit cards, checks and Venmo (@Drjulia-Happytails).

      Phone consultations are $67.5/ 20 minutes. The Email consult would be a flat fee of $67.5. For either of these two types of telemedicine appointments, you'd process $67.5 in place of the $51.50 deposit.

      Please have all of your pet's medical records sent to us at happytailsvetinfo@gmail.com. Please explicitly ask the veterinary practices to send doctor notes, labwork, xray/ultrasound images, etc.

      Please make sure you end up arriving to us in Roswell and on Alpharetta St.

      Using your GPS You'll arrive at a blue building; just drive around it to find our office in a brick building.

      Don't accidentally end up at the Happy Tails clinic in Marietta!
